About the Shriners International
The Shriners International is a fraternal organization that raises funds to support the 22 Shrine hospitals throughout North America, Canada, and Mexico. Shrine Hospitals for Children is a one-of-a-kind international health care system dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing specialty pediatric care, innovative research, and outstanding teaching programs in a family-centered environment. Children up to the age of 18 with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate are eligible for admission to the hospital and receive all care with no financial obligation on the patient or their family.
